We have done some testing on our own cars to test the effectiveness of the Hail safe Car cover, recently we put a cover onto a car and froze water bombs (small balloons) into ice balls the size of cricket balls, we filled a bucket with them and threw them from a 4th floor balcony onto the roof of the car, from this there were some very tiny indentations in the roof which were hardly noticeable, they would have been very large dents had the cover not been on the car. We also made a batch of smaller ice boms approximately the size of Golf Balls and when we threw these onto the cars roof there was not any damage.
